We started Corporate Training Values because too many training days end with a stack of certificates and zero behaviour change. Our programmes are different. Each session is designed around your company's actual workflows, using scenarios drawn from your industry.
Our facilitators have backgrounds in operations, HR, finance and project management. They have run departments, managed budgets and dealt with difficult stakeholders. That experience shows up in every workshop: participants get advice they can use the same afternoon.
Since 2018 we have delivered over 400 programmes to organisations ranging from local councils to mid-market manufacturers. Repeat bookings account for roughly 70% of our work, which tells us more than any survey score could.

Two-day workshops that replace generic sales theory with role-play exercises based on your product line. We record practice calls, review them as a group and build objection-handling scripts your reps can use immediately.
Conflict resolution, meeting facilitation and cross-department collaboration. This one-day session uses live exercises where teams solve problems under time constraints, then debrief what worked and what fell apart.

Four steps from first conversation to measurable results.
A 30-minute call where we learn about your team, your challenges and your goals. No slides, no pitch deck.
We draft a session outline with timings, exercises and expected outcomes. You review it, suggest changes, and we revise until it fits.
On-site at your offices or at a venue of your choice. Groups of 8 to 20 work best, though we can handle larger cohorts with co-facilitators.
Four weeks after the session we send a short survey to participants and share a summary report with you. If scores fall below our benchmark, we re-run the session at no extra cost.
